1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and ioya9 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the ioya9 platform, including creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ioya9 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ioya9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. ioya9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of ioya9 or any affiliated game provider.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on ioya9. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid mobile number.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party.
• You must notify ioya9 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ioya9 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must ensure that your registered mobile number remains active and in your possession. It is used for OTP verification, withdrawal confirmation, and account recovery.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are prohibited. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate suspension.

ioya9 may require additional identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ioya9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all banking activity on the platform.

• Minimum deposit is ৳100 BDT. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account status.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳200 BDT. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on the account, subject to KYC verification.
• ioya9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals require that active bonus wagering requirements have been met in full. Withdrawals attempted before wagering conditions are satisfied may result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus amount.
• ioya9 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purpose of anti-money laundering (AML) checks, fraud investigation, or KYC verification. Players under investigation will be notified of delays.

All funds deposited to ioya9 are used for gambling activity on the platform. ioya9 does not pay interest on player account balances. Dormant accounts (no login activity for 180 days) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 BDT after a notice period of 14 days.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ioya9 offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new players only, upon their first qualifying deposit of ৳500 BDT or more. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be processed. The applicable rollover requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• ioya9 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, where required for regulatory, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
• Players found to be abusing bonus systems — including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts, coordinating bets to minimise risk, or exploiting technical errors — will have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

All games offered on the ioya9 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and independent of any previous round. ioya9 does not manipulate game results in any way. Players acknowledge that the house edge is a feature of all casino games and that past results do not predict future outcomes.

• Players must place bets using their own account funds only. Accepting funds from third parties to place bets on their behalf is prohibited.
• In the event of a technical failure or game error during a session, ioya9 will investigate the incident and apply a fair resolution, which may include voiding the affected round.
• Jackpot amounts displayed on the platform are indicative. The actual jackpot paid at the time of a win is the confirmed amount and takes precedence over any displayed figure.
• ioya9 reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings where there is reasonable evidence of collusion, software exploitation, or any other form of cheating.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ioya9 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account on the same device or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ioya9 staff or other players through any communication channel.

ioya9 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence units. Any deposits identified as proceeds of criminal activity will be reported and the associated account closed immediately without return of funds.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ioya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; abusive behaviour toward staff; or any activity that ioya9 reasonably believes is harmful to the platform or to other players.

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may contact the support team via live chat. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before account closure, provided the account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been met. Balances on accounts closed due to Terms violations may be forfeited at ioya9's discretion.

9. Responsible Gaming

ioya9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available in every account at no cost and take effect immediately upon activation.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out: players may apply a temporary break from the platform of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-exclusion: players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their life may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. Players under self-exclusion must not attempt to re-register.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ioya9 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ioya9 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of ioya9. Unauthorised use of ioya9 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ioya9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical errors outside ioya9's reasonable control, or interruption of service.

ioya9's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ioya9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notification on the platform or by email to the registered address, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and ioya9 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ioya9's internal complaints procedure by contacting the support team. ioya9 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be escalated through the appropriate legal channels available in your jurisdiction.
